AgileSource are looking for ServiceNow Technical Consultants & ServiceNow System Administrators. We're looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant who combines strong platform expertise with excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing consulting skills. In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while confidently presenting recommendations and guiding clients through best practices.

This is a hands-on technical role with a strong emphasis on advisory, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps

  • Lead technical workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Translate business needs into technical designs, solution architectures, and implementation plans

  • Deliver clear, compelling presentations and demos to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure successful delivery

  • Support integrations, custom scripting, workflows, and automation as needed

  • Assist with post-implementation support, optimization, and knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, Developer, or Architect

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.)

  • Demonstrated consulting experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly

  • Experience leading meetings, workshops, and solution walkthroughs

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA required; CIS or CAD preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a professional services or consulting environment

  • Exposure to multiple ServiceNow modules

  • Experience preparing proposals, solution documents, or executive-level presentations

  • ITIL certification
