Desktop Support - 1st Line, Windows, Office 365 - Leeds, 3 months, £200 p/d inside IR35
A Desktop Support Analyst is required to work as part of a busy support team dealing with all aspects of 1st line support. You will have strong desktop support, service desk experience with strong 1st line desktop support skills, with good knowledge of MS Office, Windows, Office 365, PCs, laptops, Printers, tablets etc. Must have excellent customer service communication skills. The role will involve working as part of a team, dealing with all aspects of 1st line support, supporting 150 users over the phone, remotely and face to face. The role will require 5 days a week on site.
