Senior Project Manager - Retail, E-commerce/Digital, Customer Loyalty - 6 months, 2 days/hybrid, to £600 p/d inside IR35
A Senior IT Project Manager is required to work on an IT Digital Customer Loyalty Transformation programme. You will have extensive IT Project Management experience and have managed large, retail, E-commerce/Digital, B2C projects/programmes with strong knowledge of customer loyalty/rewards with good knowledge of Web/E-commerce/Digital IT systems and Agile. You will have experience of managing the IT system 3rd party supplier vendor selection process from inception to completion with excellent stakeholder management, communication skills. The role will involve working on the IT Customer Loyalty programme, liaising with the business, stakeholders, assessing with they are, want to be, how they can maximize, improve the customer loyalty systems, dealing with the 3rd party IT Vendor selection process, then managing the project through the full life cycle to delivery, dealing with the strategy, planning, governance, risks, issues, budgets, liaising with the 3rd parties, internal teams through to delivery. Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic retail environment. The role will require 2 days a week on site.
