Provide safety instructions to bathers at the start of each session and ensure they are adhered to 4. Direct non-lifeguarding staff in their swimming session duties 5. Monitor and conduct swimming tests on camp 6. Maintain daily and weekly written records of swim tests and buoyancy aids 7.
