We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a rapidly growing family-run SME based in Worcester. As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting of all entities, production of monthly management accounts, year end audit processes, take ownership of the finance and ERP system and assisting the CFO in ad hoc projects. The company has ambitious strategic growth plans over the next 3-5 years, in which this role will play a pivotal part.
