Our world leading client is currently looking for a IT Trainer to join the team for an initial 15 month FTC, with extensions possible.
They are a leading London law firm which delivers legal advice to clients; mainly drawn from the real estate and private wealth sectors.
This is to assist with project delivery of a new PMS system. The role encompasses the preparation and delivery of training as a crucial part of the IT Team. Delivering high quality classroom, one to one and remote training to staff of all levels and to actively promote the use of IT applications and technologies. The role will also involve the development and updating of training material.
Responsibilities;
- Key member of IT project team, accountable for the planning, preparation, implementation and training on IT projects.
- Prepare and update training materials.
- Deliver tailored training to users in all roles, in classroom and one-to-one environments, based on training needs analysis.
- Liaise with colleagues to identify and analyse training needs.
- Accountable for accurate training records.
- Test and review newly acquired and potential software.
- Other training related activities as required.
Skills;
- Proven track record of providing IT training in a legal environment.
- Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office 2016 products, ideally with a knowledge of a PMS System.
