Financiera Business Partner

Asumir la responsabilidad de la gestión financiera del negocio de acuerdo con los procedimientos y la normativa legal vigente, con el objetivo de proporcionar una información actualizada y fiable, en los plazos y forma establecidos, siendo financiera Business Partner

Funciones habituales:

Evaluar la rentabilidad de las operaciones y unidades de negocio que integran
Análisis y seguimiento de los resultados mensuales, análisis de desviaciones, detección de riesgos/oportunidades de los negocios bajos su responsabilidad
Colaboración en maximizar la rentabilidad de las áreas de responsabilidad, aportando mejoras y acciones.
Verificar desde el punto de vista financiero la rentabilidad de nuevas acciones propuestas.
Elaboración junto con los diferentes directores de negocio los presupuestos, forecasts, estimaciones y planes estratégicos de las áreas de negocio bajo su responsabilidad
Elaboración Reportes a la matriz.
Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas contables del grupo en todas las áreas de las que es responsible.
Colaboración de manera continua y con rol decisivo con los equipos operativos e informáticos para la definición de los procesos y sistemas de control necesarios del día a día de la empresa así como de procesos y proyectos especiales.
Preparación de informes y análisis relevantes para la toma de decisiones.
Resolver las incidencias de su ámbito de responsabilidad.
Desarrollar su trabajo conforme a los procedimientos establecidos y la normativa vigente en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales.
Cualquier otra función inherente al puesto de trabajo o grupo professional al que pertenece, que le sea atribuida.

Funciones periódicas:

Atender a las solicitudes del grupo (modificaciones en reporting, contabilizaciones de leasing, etc.).
Elaborar y revisar planes de negocio o business cases.
Administrar los asuntos propios del Comité de Compliance (revisión, cumplimiento, etc.).
Reportar la información de su ámbito que le sea requerida.
Participar en las reuniones del área/departamento, así como en las reuniones interdepartamentales.

Assume responsibility for the financial management of the business in accordance with the procedures and current legal regulations, with the aim of providing updated and reliable information, within the established deadlines and manner, being a Financial Business Partner.

Common functions: Evaluate the profitability of the operations and business units that comprise it Analysis and monitoring of monthly results, analysis of deviations, detection of risks/opportunities of the businesses under their responsibility Collaboration in maximizing the profitability of the areas of responsibility, providing improvements and actions. Verify from a financial point of view the profitability of new proposed actions. Preparation, together with the different business directors, of the budgets, forecasts, estimates and strategic plans of the business areas under their responsibility. Preparation of reports to the Matrix. Ensure compliance with the group's accounting policies in all areas for which it is responsible. Continuous collaboration and with a decisive role with the operational and IT teams for the definition of the necessary processes and control systems for the day-to-day life of the company as well as special processes and projects. Preparation of reports and analyzes relevant to decision making. Resolve incidents within your area of responsibility. Carry out your work in accordance with established procedures and current regulations on occupational risk prevention. Any other function inherent to the job or professional group to which it belongs, which is attributed to it.

Periodic functions: Respond to group requests (modifications in reporting, leasing accounting, etc.).

Prepare and review business plans or business cases. Manage the affairs of the Compliance Committee (review, compliance, etc.).

Report the information in your field that is required.

Participate in area/department meetings, as well as interdepartmental meetings.
