Your Skills
- At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery
- CMDB
- IT Server Infrastructure
- VMWare Discovery
- Cloud Discovery
- AWS/Azure
- Understanding of REST API methodology
- Experience in customizing the standard interface from ServiceNow
- Experience with agile working methods
- Working independently

Your Tasks
- ServiceNow Development
- Customizing of the SNOW CMDB Interface for AWS Cloud native and VCF in AWS
- This initiative is to fast track the build of a new AWS landing zone. The Landing Zone will serve as an environment for Workloads within AWS.

In particular, the services to be provided under the contract comprise the following:
- ServiceNow Development for Cloud Interface improvement:
- AWS VMWare Cloud - VMC SNOW implement discovery for the new landing zone and establish automated CMDB updates for any CI deployment including Tag based application and service mapping.
- Install AWS/ServiceNow out of the BOX discovery and map all managed cloud resources to the ServiceNow CI Classes and add relations to Applications and services based on Account tagging.
- Develop Lifecycle Status synchronization from AWS to ServiceNow status for VMC and AWS native.
- Design, Implement and Test ServiceNow CMDB CI compliance refresh (status, attributes and relations) after CI - Migrations from OnPrem VMware and OnPrem VCF to AWS VMWare Cloud - and fall back.
- Design, Implement and Test ServiceNow CMDB CI compliance refresh (status, attributes and relations) after CI-  Migrations from Azure AVS to AWS VMWare Cloud - and fall back.
- Align AWS - and Azure - ServiceNow Interface with initial CMDB maintenance jobs to keep data quality Synch between Cloud and ServiceNow up to date. How and low-Level AWS Interface description and hand over operational documentation
