Business Analyst Service Finance (Contract)

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, customers, and subject matter experts, to understand and document their requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business value, feasibility, and impact.

Documentation:
- Create clear and organized documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.

Intermediary Role:
- Serve as a bridge between the technical development team and non-technical stakeholders.

Testing and Validation:
- Collaborate with users to define test scenarios and ensure the developed service meets the documented requirements.
Technology Knowledge:

Core Skills:
- Expertise in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, cutover, and hyper-care support.
- Proficiency in SAP Finance integrated with Service Process (Salesforce/ServiceMax, Conga).

Cross-Stream Collaboration:
- Work with the Finance Stream/ART and incorporate requirements from the P2DCS (Plan to Deliver Customer Service) Stream/ART.

Documentation and Approvals:
- Prepare WRICEF templates for Design Authority approval.
- Utilize SAP Solution Manager ALM to document necessary information.

Issue Resolution:
- Identify perceived functional gaps and collaborate with the SAP Product team for resolution.

- Function as a team player, supporting colleagues, cross-teams, and driving collaboration.
