Business Analyst Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Collaboration:

   • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, customers, and subject matter experts, to understand and document their requirements.
   • Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business value, feasibility, and impact.

2. Documentation:

   • Create clear and organized documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.

3. Intermediary Role:

   • Serve as a bridge between the technical development team and non-technical stakeholders.

4. Testing and Validation:

   • Collaborate with users to define test scenarios and ensure the developed service meets the documented requirements.

Technology Knowledge:

1. Core Skills:

   • Expertise in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, cutover, and hyper-care support.
   • Proficiency in SAP Finance integrated with Service Process (Salesforce/ServiceMax, Conga).

2. Cross-Stream Collaboration:

   • Work with the Finance Stream/ART and incorporate requirements from the P2DCS (Plan to Deliver Customer Service) Stream/ART.

3. Documentation and Approvals:

   • Prepare WRICEF templates for Design Authority approval.
   • Utilize SAP Solution Manager ALM to document necessary information.

4. Issue Resolution:

   • Identify perceived functional gaps and collaborate with the SAP Product team for resolution.

   • Function as a team player, supporting colleagues, cross-teams, and driving collaboration.
   • Motivate colleagues and adapt to changes as needed.

2. Communication:

   • Possess strong communication skills, both oral and written, in English.

3. Urgency and Agile Understanding:

   • Demonstrate a sense of urgency for escalations and urgent requests.
   • Have a good understanding of Scrum methodology and the Scaled Agile Framework.
