SAP Projectmanager - 8+ Monate - Remote - Start ASAP (Contract)

Für unseren Kunden in Deutschland suchen wir einen erfahrenen Projektleiter für eine Partnerportal Einführung.
Aufgaben:
* Teilprojektleitung Regelbetrieb" im Projekt Smart Extranet
* Koordination der zugeordneten Teammitglieder, z.B. des Second Level Supports
* Sicherstellen und monitoren der Funktion und Verfügbarkeit von Smart Extranet in Abstimmung
* Aufbau eines Performancemonitorings auf Basis automatisierter Messtrecken mit den Teammitglieder
* Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Defects (Problem Management)
o Erstellung und Priorisierung von Defects aus Incidents
o Tracking und Nachverfolgung von Defects
o Abstimmung mit dem SAP-Regelbetrieb bei Anpassungen der Schnittstelle
o Identifikation und Eskalationseinleitung bei Major Incidents
* Managen von Downtimes, Updates und Patches
* Definition und beim Aufbau von IT-Servicemanagement-Strukturen nach ITIL
Anforderungen:
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung in skalierten, agilen Projekten
* Erfahrung im IT-Service-Management nach ITIL
* Fundierte Erfahrung mit SAP-Projekten
* Erfahrung mit großen IT-Multi-Projekten
Projektdetails:
* Start: ASAP (ggf. Start im Mai denkbar)
* Laufzeit: 8 Monate (+ Verlängerungsoption)
* Auslastung: 4-5 Tage pro Woche
* Ort: Remote + Ruhrgebiet
