SAP Enterprise Architect - REMOTE/Europe - 5months +

My client is looking for a SAP Enterprise Architect for a remote working project in Europe.

Role: SAP Enterprise Architect

The EA leads the technical road mapping and strategy for the business domains, planning technology choices to support business objectives. The role provides critical consultation to both the senior business users and technology teams in End Client's Organization.

This is a role that needs to bring proven expertise and experience together to create credible advise to the stakeholders, whether technical or business focused.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Strategy & Architecture lead filling capacity gaps in the team
  • Develop the position of the S&A team within #d with communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Support key projects in critical project phases to ensure compliance to architecture patterns and policies
  • Assist with the smooth introduction of the Solution Architect capability
  • Create and maintain technical roadmaps together with the associated architectural principals and standards
  • Work with the portfolio of projects to triage and plan technology boundaries for each project
  • Work with peer EA's and Solution architects to align on cross functional capabilities

Architecture Skills:

  • Working knowledge of SAP landscape and know how/when to utilise
  • Experience with integration patterns
  • TOGAF
  • Technology assessments.
  • Business capability mapping and assessments
  • Solution analysis and assessments

General IT skills:

  • Service Management ITIL principles.
  • Project Management (PMP).

Competencies:

  • English language is a must (Italian, Hungarian or Dutch advantage).
  • Working in culturally diverse environment with off-shore teams.

Start: ASAP - 1st June

Language: English (Business Fluent - Mandatory); Italian, Hungarian or Dutch (Business Fluent - Good Advantage)

Location: Remote Work (Maybe travel occasionally for key project meetings/phases)

Duration: 5months + (w/further extension possible)
