Python Developer - Java/Javascript/React (m/f/d) - Zürich

Project: For our client in Zurich we are seeking a skilled Python Developer with a strong background in Java, JavaScript, and React. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will implement and optimize computational code, especially using solvers for systems of PDEsxx
  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Your profile:

  • University degree in computer science, software development or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
  • Proficiency in Python and its frameworks/libraries.
  • Experience with Java for Back End services or integration with Legacy systems.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and React for Front End development.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in full-stack development, working on both Front End and Back End.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
