Are you a seasoned SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) professional seeking a thrilling new challenge? We have an exceptional opportunity for you to showcase your expertise with a prestigious luxury goods client.

Your Role:
As a SAP VIM Expert, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our clients vendor invoice management processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in our financial operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining workflows, enhancing controls, and maximizing the value of our SAP VIM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and propose solutions for SAP VIM optimization.
  • Configure and customize SAP VIM functionalities to align with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to end-users on SAP VIM usage, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to empower the team with SAP VIM proficiency.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and rollout activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a SAP VIM consultant or expert, with in-depth knowledge of SAP Invoice Management solutions.
  • Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and integration related to Vendor Invoice Management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prior experience in the luxury goods industry or related sectors is a plus.
