CRM Analyst vacancy requiring profound Salesforce knowledge for a globally operating Risch-Rotkreuz based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Creating and overseeing basic data hygiene processes
• Ensuring compliance of sales and marketing data with data privacy laws
• Developing and implementing global customer segmentation taxonomies
• Overseeing and managing global account deduplication
• Analyzing the data set to identify data quality issues
• Creating ad-hoc dashboards and analyses of data on behalf of the team

Your experience/knowledge:

• 5+ years of CRM experience with a strong focus on Salesforce.com
• In-depth understanding of data hygiene principles
• Advanced skills in reporting and analytical tools, including PowerBI, Salesforce, and Excel
• Proficiency in SQL
• Deep understanding and ability to relate to commercial requirements
• Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
