Overview:

Trust in SODA is partnered with one of Switzerland's leading issuers of Structured Products and a key market maker across multiple exchanges. Markets Technology is seeking an experienced Market-Making IT specialist to enhance support for trading floor colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture requirements, plan, implement, and test the solutions in an agile environment (SAFe).
  • Assist the Trading Desk in implementing changes and providing support with a focus on Structured Product quoting/market-marking.
  • Front User Support (Trading, Midoffice, Risk Office)

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in structured products issuance, quoting, trading and life-cycling
  • Proficient in Programming.
  • Experience working directly with traders on a trade floor.
  • Nice to have: Experience working with Front Arena and/or Python.

Skills:

  • Good Communicator
  • Able to prioritize effectively and work under pressure.
  • An empathetic person with great customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
