Physical Therapist Full Time/PT (Adult Day Health Center/Homecare)

Arca Health is a health care agency recruiting an outstanding Physical Therapist who is interested in providing care to our clients. The right candidate will be passionate about helping our senior population recover from injuries and illnesses, and will regularly collaborate with our team of physicians to create treatment plans for patients. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Physical Therapist to provide quality care for a growing base of seniors.

Responsibilities:
Provide physical care to patients suffering from acute and chronic diseases and conditions.
Provide physical therapy interventions to strengthen muscle, bones, and joints.
Evaluate patient/client medical history, diagnose symptoms/conditions, and develop a treatment plan.
Conduct patient/client screenings to assess functional abilities, provide medical education and counseling, and monitor progress of patient/client status.
Ensure that patients/clients receives services in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a physical therapy school approved by:

The American Physical Therapy Association; or

The Council of Medical Education of the A.M.A. in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association

The Council on Medical Education of Hospitals for the American Medical Association

Licensed PT in Massachusetts

Driver's License with registered/insured vehicle
