Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 15 to 19 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Release Strategies and Design Delivery Management. This role requires a hybrid work model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving project success and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Oversee the execution of SAP Release Strategies ensuring timely and efficient delivery.Provide guidance and direction to project teams ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.Conduct regular project status meetings with team members and stakeholders.Identify and manage project risks developing mitigation strategies as needed.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables.Utilize SC Intelligence and Planning (Cons. Goods) domain skills to enhance project outcomes.Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and key milestones.Foster a collaborative and positive team environment promoting continuous improvement.Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in project management with a focus on SAP Release Strategies.Demonstrate expertise in Design Delivery Management ensuring high-quality project outcomes.Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders.Have experience in SC Intelligence and Planning (Cons. Goods) as a nice to have skill.Display strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.Certifications Required
PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification in project management.
