Data Collection : Unit Information: RESPIRATORY THERAPY Location: DEL SOL MEDICAL CENTER Building: MAIN Floor: 2 Order Detail: Facility Department Number: Discipline: RESPIRATORY THERAY Quantity: 2 Target Start Date: ASAP Shift: 7A - 7P Call Requirements: (2) 12 HOUR SHIFTS PER 4 WEEK SCHEDULE Weekends: ROTATING General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Bedfordshire - Number of Staff - Type of staff: o Day Shift - 1 SUPERVISOR, 6 RT STAFF o Night Shift - Patient Ratios - UOS DRIVEN. 32-35 PROCEDURES PER RT PER SHIFT Type of equipment - AVEA/PB 840 VENTILATORS; V60 BIPAP; AIRVO HIGH FLOW; VAPOTHERM HIGH FLOW EMR - MEDITECH Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) - YES Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. TMB LICENSE FOR RESPIRATORY BCLS/ACLS/PALS ADULT CRITICAL CARE EXPERIENCE Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. NICU EXPERIENCE List typical procedures performed on unit(s): VENTILATOR MANAGEMENT BIPAP AND HIGH FLOW OXYGEN DEVICE MANAGEMENT ARTERIAL BLOOD GAS PUNCTURES NEBULIZER TREATMENTS OXYGEN DEVICE MANAGEMENT Best personality Fit: TEAM PLAYER POSITIVE ATTITUDE SUPPORTIVE OF DIRECTIVES Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color - NAVY BLUE SOLID SCRUBS ONLY Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
