Express Employment Professionals in Chanhassen is looking for Control Panel Assemblers to work at a company in Delano. This is day shift position where the employee can start as early as 4:30am but no later than 8am and need to keep a consistent schedule, working 10-hour days except for some holiday weeks. This position is paying $20-$22/hr. depending on experience and may go higher for the right candidate. Responsibilities:

  • Read, interpret, and follow basic schematics and other written instructions or procedures (job traveler) to accurately assemble equipment and products.
  • Utilize handheld tools such as a handheld screw and drill gun and power tools.
  • Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
  • Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified.
  • Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
  • Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Some knowledge of different types of wires and wiring is helpful.
  • Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem
  • Regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
  • High attention to detail and self-motivation skills

This Control Panel Assembler is a day shift position M-Thursday: 10 hour days starting anywhere between 4:30-8am to 3:30-6:30pm. And the pay is between $20-22/hr. We look forward to working with you!
