Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in technical recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
- Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of technical roles (eg, software engineering, data science) and an interest in learning more.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and finding solutions to ensure hiring goals are met.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and online recruitment tools (eg, Indeed, Glassdoor) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience sourcing for technical roles (software development, IT, etc.)
- Familiarity with technical interviewing practices or coding assessments.
- Passion for tech and a desire to learn about emerging technologies.
