We are recruiting for a confident and highly motivated Lettings Consultant to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will be based locally to their Watford office and possess good area knowledge. Ideally you will have lettings experience but my client is prepared to train the correct individual who wants to start a career in the estate agency industry.

The role will involve qualifying potential tenants, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties, conducting property viewings, and delivering the highest levels of customer service to our landlord clients and tenants.

We are looking for an individual who enjoys meeting people, is good on the phone and thrives working in a target driven and fast-paced environment.

Experience in sales is advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure, have a professional work ethic, excellent telephone manner, and smart appearance.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:

• Liaise with landlords and tenants to match them with the perfect property.
• Conduct viewings and provide expert advice on the local market.
• Negotiate contracts and handle all aspects of the rental process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to deliver outstanding service.

• A competitive salary circa £25k with an attractive commission structure (OTE £45k-£50k)

• Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-5pm Sat 9am-4pm alternate

About You:

• You are motivated, enthusiastic, and have a positive attitude.
• Sales experience is beneficial, but not essential we provide full training!
• A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• A full, clean driving license is preferred.
