Senior Planner l Asta Powerproject l New Build, main contracting
This leading Tier 1 main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Senior Planner to work within their southern regions of Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
As a Senior Planner you will work over a variety of sectors including education, commercial, healthcare and government contracts. These will be within fitout, refurbishment and new builds from 10m to 40m in value.
For this Senior Planner vacancy, you must live in the South Homes Counties above and have right to work in the UK without sponsorship. Main contracting Tier 1 Planner experience on large complicated projects is essential and you will be an advanced user of Asta Powerproject software.
As a Senior Planner for this Tier 1 company, you will have to come from a construction or architectural background and have a full understanding of the building process and how a building is put together. Just using the software is not applicable for this role.
