Network Engineer

Network Engineer - 6 - month contract.

My customer requires an experienced Network Engineer has a skill set within networks and network troubleshooting. You will have strong knowledge with Cisco (Routing & Switching), Meraki and an understanding of SolarWinds as a monitoring tool.

The Network Engineer should have strong experience troubleshooting Switches and Routers using Cisco. The Network Engineer should have strong knowledge of DHCP, DNS and TCP/IP.

This Network Engineer would have experience with DMVPN's and Cisco Meraki.

Primary day to day responsibilities will for the Network engineer will include:

• Previous experience as a Cisco Network Engineer
• Strong Cisco Networking skills (administration, configuration, and troubleshooting)
• Strong technical knowledge of Cisco routing and switching - BAU Support.
• Managing and maintaining SolarWinds monitoring platform.
• Dell Networking (Dell Core switching)
• Strong experience with Cisco Meraki.
• Strong experience with DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
• Experience with the following would be beneficial: Cisco ISE, Meraki, F5 loadbalancers, and NetScaler.
• DMVPN'S (4G connectivity and comms)
• Any experience with Operation Technology (OT) would be beneficial.
• Relevant Network Certifications (CCNA, CCNP etc)

This Network engineer would be required to travel to Worthing on an ad hoc basis.
