I am recruiting for a reputable school in Croydon that is looking for a talented Business Studies Teacher with a strong background in teaching Economics - KS3 and upwards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Business Studies lessons to KS4 and A-Level students, integrating economic principles where appropriate.
- Develop and implement curriculum materials that enhance understanding of business and economics.
- Assess and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Prepare students for GCSE examinations in Business Studies, incorporating economic insights.
- Contribute to curriculum development and ensure alignment with national standards and current industry practices.
- Promote an inclusive learning environment and support extracurricular activities such as business clubs and enterprise projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
- Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary school level, with a solid understanding of economics.
- Knowledge of the national curriculum and exam board requirements for GCSE.
- Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
Essential Qualities:
- Experience with diverse learning levels and using data to inform teaching.
- Passion for business and economics education, with the ability to inspire students.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools and enthusiasm for contributing to the school community.
