Sous Chef required for established Gastro Pub between Shrewsbury & Oswestry.

This is a family run business with an emphasis on a healthy work/life balance in a fun professional environment. We are actively recruiting for a strong and passionate Sous Chef looking for a new challenge or a chef with relevant experience looking for there first Sous Chef role.
Serving fresh locally sourced food with seasonal menus and specials, the right candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate, someone who can work with us to develop our menu and food offering.
Key Responsibilities will Include:
- Menu Development
- Running efficient, profitable and clean kitchen operations.
- Managing and Training the kitchen team.
You'll work alongside the owners and Head Chef to develop seasonal changing menus.
Support sourcing suppliers and ordering of stock to reach target GP'S will be provided by owners.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

- 4 Day Week between Wednesday - Sunday
- Sensible working hours
- Kitchen closed Sunday nights, All Day Monday & Tuesday
