Nightshift Production Manager

Are you a Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager with experience operating in stand alone roles or on Nightshift?

We are currently working with a multi-site, fast paced food manufacturer who are looking a Nightshift Production Manager to join the team.

You will be responsible for leadership of the Production Supervisors, leading their development, upholding food safety, health and safety and quality standards, driving a Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing.

To be successful in this role you will need to have 3-5+ years experience at Production Manager level, a hands on strong leader who work autonomously, a background in CI and an analytical mindset.
