Marketing Manager - Surrey - circa 35,000 + Benefits - 1761

I am currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to work for a leading engineering organisation based in Surrey. Salary circa 35,000 + Bonus + Benefits.

The organisation has been established for over 30 years and are renowned for the best at what they do within the defense and military sector on a global basis. They are a small yet specialist team employing close to 50 people, but turnover is over 20 million annually with that figure set to continue moving upwards based on the ever-increasing demand for their products and systems.

To support the business with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans they have the need to appoint a Marketing Manager on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Marketing Manager, there will be a lot of autonomy and responsibility as you will oversee marketing for the whole company. You will be responsible for all marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, looking at the necessary data with a view of reviewing the impact and engagement through analytics to see what's working and not and creating content. This role will also include you scoping out necessary exhibitions and trade shows you believe you should be attending and creating the necessary collateral to support.

Ideal Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in a Marketing position (ideally Marketing Manager)
• Previous experience working in the Defence/Military space
• SC Cleared

This opportunity is also available on a reduced hour basis to 30 hours p/week should this appeal and the salary would be pro rata.
