Accounts Assistant

CMA Recruitment Group is working closely with a supplier and installer of building products for the construction industry, based in Havant. A knowledgeable, enthusiastic Accounts Assistant is being sourced to join to friendly, established team. Supporting the transactional finances for the business, the successful candidate will be flexible in their approach and happy to support where required.

What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

• All aspects of purchase ledger processing.
• Staff expenses.
• Credit control and the allocation of incoming payments.
• Credit card authorisations.
• Office supporting duties.

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

• A good working knowledge of Xero would be desirable.
• Highly motivated, with excellent organisational skills.
• Good telephone and email manner.
