Registered Manager Requirements:

• NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership or RMA equivalent
• Inspirational, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
• Driver with own vehicle
• Experience in commissioning new services
• Currently managing a home care service
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Competent in budgeting and resource management
• Ability to work collaboratively with community partners and stakeholders
