Service Desk Analyst
Location: Central London, MUST be on site 5 days per week (full time)
Start: 2nd December
Duration: ongoing
Pay: £180-200/day (inside IR35)
You'll be working as a member of the technical services team, providing outstanding IT support to all staff across all sites and locations.
Responsibilities:
- Logging all IT queries in the IT Service Management tool
- Provide 1st/2nd line support to staff
- Work to ITIL and industry standards in meeting SLA's
- Administer mobile devices and mobile device management platform.
Essential skills:
- Windows 10/11
- Active Directory/Azure AD
- Microsoft stack (exchange, teams, 365, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Remote Desktop services/virtual desktop
- Windows Server 2012-2019
- Desktop/laptop builds using imaging tools/Autopilot
Nice to have:
- ServiceNow/ITSM
- MS Azure
- SharePoint
- Password reset tools
- Access control
