PERMENANT LEAD PHARMACIST NEEDED IN HARLOW, ESSEX TO START ASAP

Location: Harlow, Essex (Office-Based)

Contract Type:Permanent

Pay Rate: Up to £65,000 per annum

Working Hours: Hybrid role 3 days in office/2 days at home, Monday - Friday (flexible hours)

Trident Healthcare are are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pharmacist to join our private clients team in Harlow, Essex on a permanent basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the pharmacy team to ensure the highest standards of service.
• Oversee the dispensing of medications and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Provide expert advice on the use of medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all pharmacy activities.

Requirements:

• MUST have experience with Cycle 1 & 2.
• MUST Proven experience with Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT).
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
