Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team in London. What you'll do:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various managers with their administrative needs. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, arranging travel itineraries, handling expense claims, maintaining comprehensive filing systems, and providing support for signing events. Your role will also involve supporting bankers with Opscom and Board submissions. Your ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure will be key to your success in this role.

. Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to various managers

. Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and receive visitors

. Arrange travel itineraries, visas, renew passports as required, and handle managers' expense claims relating to travel

. Maintain comprehensive filing in various hard copy and electronic systems for instant retrieval of documents

. Coordinate logistics and catering arrangements for signing events on behalf of operation leaders

. Support Bankers on Opscom and Board submissions ensuring all required documents are available

. Conduct ad-hoc or specific tasks assigned by Line Manager which may be related amongst others to pipeline or reporting

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant position brings a wealth of secretarial and administrative experience. He/She possesses strong organisational skills with a proactive approach towards his/her work. His/Her excellent communication skills enable him/her to build effective relationships within a multicultural environment. He/She is proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and has knowledge of SAP. His/Her ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism makes him/her an asset to any team.

. Secondary/High School Education with fluency in English; knowledge of another language (eg, Russian, German, French, or Arabic) would be useful

. Proven secretarial and administrative experience

. Strong organisational skills with a proactive and flexible attitude towards work

. Excellent communication skills including a pleasant telephone manner

. Ability to build effective working relationships in a multicultural environment

. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP is desirable
