Workplace Manager (Permanent)

Location: Cardiff, Wales Country: UK Rate: £35k - £37k per annum

Your new role
The Workplace Manager plays an integral role in the delivery of FM services and in maintaining high standards of service throughout the region, acting as an ambassador for our client reporting to the Regional Workplace Manager, ideally living in the region, to ensure service levels and relationships are maintained with route clients and customers.
Establishing great relationships with our customers and inspiring the team to take full ownership of all FM services are key to this role as well as driving the FM Customer service agenda across our service teams. By doing so, this role will make a real contribution to making our workplace a fantastic working environment.
Work will involve being the 1st point of call for fm related duties. Dealing with any emergencies and ensuring the client is happy.

What you'll need to succeed
Customer focused and focused on KPI's and SLA's. Knowledge of FM would be desirable but it's not needed.
