Warehouse Technician

Overview

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized workspace.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations to maintain a high level of hygiene, ensuring all controlled areas within the warehouse are kept in excellent condition. This includes managing housekeeping activities and completing logbook inspections regularly.
• Maintain strict adherence to warehouse procedures for goods receipt, stock issuance, and reconciliation. Guarantee timely updates to the stock management system by warehouse staff, while assisting with the dispatch of goods using approved carriers.
• Coordinate and manage the organization of designated external waste areas, ensuring proper control and disposal practices.
• Ensure that all tasks related to warehouse operations, as well as the upkeep and management of stock, are executed in accordance with established standards.

Requirements

• Operator Picker License (IPAF) (Essential)
• Relevant Warehouse/Industrial experience
• Previous experience working with operational teams
• Customer serviced focused with high attention to detail
• GCES in Maths and English
