Industry Leading client in the midst of a period of rapid growth are looking to bolster the business with a seasoned Office/Business Manager. Our client is a rapidly growing AI consultancy, specialising in helping organisations unlock the potential of generative AI. They focus on delivering scalable, high-impact AI solutions and partner with large enterprises to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into their core business functions.
Joining the business management team, responsibilities will include managing business processes, improving efficiency across all functions and involvement in marketing activity. You will be further tasked with creating communications and co-ordinating events (both internally & externally), analysing financial aspects, budgeting/cost-saving and making office improvements. You will look to automate processes where possible, with a passion for AI and learning how AI can drive efficiency extremely beneficial.
Long-term, there is true potential to evolve and grow within the role, allowing a direct contribution to major decisions and influence how the business grows as an AI-Native business, acting as an extension of the leadership team.

Skills & Experience (A blend of):
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or Executive Assistant role
- Finance or Logistics background preferred
- Demonstrable experience of managing business processes and improving efficiency
- Onboarding new starters
- Budgeting/cost-saving and office improvements.
- Experience of automating processes, ideally but not essential
- Passion for AI and learning how AI can drive efficiency preferential
- Involvement in marketing activity and creating communications (Internal & External)
- Co-ordinating events (Internal & External)
- Ability to review data and provide feedback to the team around business decisions
- Planning and organisational skills
- Strong communication skill set
- Effective Stakeholder management
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
