A highly regarded firm in central London are looking for an NQ to join its fantastic team.

As a NQ Residential Property Solicitor, you will deal with a diversified workload where one of the main goals is to support the growth and development of the firm.

The Residential Property Solicitor will:

• Required to manage a caseload of residential property files from inception to completion
• Liaising with clients, lenders, third-party solicitors, estate agents, etc.
• Responsible for managing relationships with clients throughout their whole transaction
• Preparing and drafting necessary correspondence and documents
• Undertake a varied caseload of mainly residential property matters
• Offer exceptional service and expertise to match the firm s high standards
• Be an integral and supportive member of the property department as a whole
• Provide support to other members of the team
• Draft and prepare various real estate documents
• Supervise and develop more junior members of staff as may be required
• Complete MI procedures as and when required
• Achieve set financial and chargeable targets

As a Residential Property Solicitor, you must have:

• NQ-1 years PQE
• Have experience undertaking a varied caseload of mainly residential property matters
• Good written and verbal communication to deal with a broad range of clients and the willingness to provide the highest standard of client care
• Can network in order to promote the practice
• Ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines
• Good decision-making skills
• Self-starter and motivator
