Our client is a leading global automotive organization committed to innovation and excellence in the automotive industry. Who are seeking an experienced Information Security Consultant to join their dynamic team in the Midlands office.

The client is offering a 6 month contract with the view to extension for over 12 months.

As an integral member of our Information Security team, you will play a crucial role in identifying information security risks and implementing proactive measures to ensure the protection of sensitive data and systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive information security reviews within OT Security, Cloud Security, network security, and IoT technologies to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop proactive strategies to assess and mitigate identified information security risks across the business.
  • Ensure that new IT solutions adhere to established governance processes and meet high standards of security.
  • Collaborate closely with the Information Technology Management community to provide expert advice on information security matters and recommend appropriate security technologies.
  • Work closely with the business to anticipate and understand future information security risks, providing timely input to minimize risks proactively.

What your will Ideally Bring:

  • Previous experience and background in Information Security across OT Security, cloud security and network security (ISA/IEC 62443/ISO27001/IEC61511/NIST)
  • Demonstrated expertise in assessing and mitigating information security risks across diverse technology domains.
  • Knowledge of information security principles and best practices and experience in managing information security risk
  • Experience in IoT technologies & connected car

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Midlands/Remote
  • Day Rate: Up to £550 Per Day (Inside IR35)
