IPAM/DDI Engineer (Contract)

Location: Camberley, Surrey Country: UK Rate: £700 - £750 per day
 

IPAM/DDI Engineer - BlueCat - Automation

Contract - 12 months, up to £750/day Inside IR35.* Hybrid working 3 days

Leading financial services client is looking for an IPAM/DDI Engineer with BlueCat experience to join them on a long-term rolling contract.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience in design and engineering DNS/DHCP solutions
  • Previous QIP exposure/experience
  • Python Scripting experience
  • Automation/API experience
  • Experience and Exposure as a DNS Architect
  • Experience in deploying DNS/DHCP solutions within a large organisation
  • Working knowledge and exposure to BIND & ISC DHCP
  • Excellent understanding of DHCP and Options templates
  • Experience working with and understanding of the DHCP DORA process
  • MACD experience within a DNS/DHCP position
  • Several years' experience in IP address management and deployment
  • Previous experience in life cycle management, refresh, in a DNS/DHCP environment
  • Previous experience in writing and creating HLD and LLD documents for DNS/DHCP solutions
  • Good working knowledge and understand of Unix/Linux
  • Python or Bash Scripting experience
