Drupal Digital Production Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Drupal Digital Production Manager to lead our client's web team and drive the development and delivery of their digital platforms. You'll be responsible for managing a small team of talented developers, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the websites, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. If you're passionate about all things digital, have a knack for managing teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a high-performing web team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.

Lead the development and implementation of digital strategies and solutions that align with business objectives.

Manage the project pipeline for all web-related projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment.

Stay up-to-date on the latest web technologies and trends, particularly in the Drupal ecosystem.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Proven experience managing and delivering digital solutions using Agile methodologies.

Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, theming, and module development.

Experience managing web infrastructure and hosting environments.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
