• Customer-Focused Management: Steers customers towards ultimate satisfaction through expert oversight and personalized recommendations.
• Product Proficiency: Gain an in-depth knowledge our clients solutions. Educate and empower customers with information on new features and releases.
• Success Planning: Develop tailored plans to ensure customers consistently meet their business targets.
• Strategic Reviews: Lead Quarterly Business Reviews aligning our services with customer strategic ambitions. - Trend Analysis: Monitor usage trends to draw insights and offer informed recommendations.
• Health-Checks: Evaluate customer satisfaction proactively through regular assessments.
• Retention & Renewal: Identify renewal risks and collaborate across teams to secure successes.
• Value Demonstration: Drive retention by illustrating the value of our products through quarterly analyses.
• Customer Advocacy: Relay customer feedback to internal teams to improve product quality and service experiences.

Qualifications Required

- Proven experience within a similar role, ideally within the Cyber Security/SaaS arena
