Architect

Conrad Consulting are partnering up with our Clients to present an outstanding opportunity for an Architect to join a multi-award winning practice in Guildford, working on exciting projects within the Commercial & Retail.

As a registered Architect the right candidate will have demonstrated experience working on a range of project types within the Commercial sector but specifically the Retail Sector. The successful Architect candidate will possess the qualities to work independently and collaboratively, be highly motivated and have a demonstrated capability to run their own projects.

If you are a qualified Architect that has 5 plus years post qualification with an extensive knowledge of projects across all RIBA stages, excellent design knowledge in the early RIBA stages and also possess a sound understanding of current building regs and legislation this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

At minimum the successful Architect candidate needs to possess -

• RIBA/ARB registered Architect
• Minimum 5 years + Demonstrable Post qualification UK experience
• Proven experience working in the Retail Sector
• Excellent design knowledge and coverage of all RIBA stages
• Job running experience - Commercial or Retail
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong communication skills to liaise with building inspectors and contractors
• Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and UK construction methods
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Possess a Clean UK driving license

On offer for the successful Architect candidate is a highly competitive salary likely to be in the region of 38,000 - 45,000 dependent on experience, A generous benefits package and an opportunity to develop your career working with a friendly and supportive team at a well-established practice.
