Procurement Business Partner - Pharma

Procurement Business Partner vacancy for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Collaborating with global finance and procurement teams to align purchasing strategies with organizational goals
• Managing procurement activities for direct materials to ensure cost efficiency and supplier performance
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers to optimize sourcing opportunities
• Conducting market analysis to identify trends and potential risks impacting procurement strategies
• Implementing procurement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency

Your experience/knowledge:

• Several years of experience as a Procurement Business Partner, or in a similar position
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on cost optimization and value creation
• Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and contracts
• Deep knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and best practices
• Proficient in procurement software and data analysis tools
• Language skills: English - fluent
