Summary

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition professional who is willing to work across different areas to support a very fast-growing business. The individual should be able to engage across diverse cultures. The individual should possess good knowledge of hiring, handling varied job portals, and all the activities that form a part of the talent acquisition process. The individual should be acquainted with working in the service industry, understanding/knowledge of data centers is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA or equivalent must
  • Work experience of minimum 3+ years in full cycle recruitment across EMEA & APAC regions
  • Recruiting and interviewing skills.
  • Working knowledge of applicant screening methods
  • Work experience or knowledge of mission critical
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a team player
  • Experience working in global environment preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement all recruiting tasks.
  • Enlist job postings on forums which can source new candidates at the time of hiring such as job portal, social media, etc.
  • Regularly updating job descriptions and requirements as per the business needs
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
  • Perform reference checks as needed.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and the management team in the process
  • Present reports on recruitment and analyses the status of recruitment practices regularly to the team and management.
