Position : Investor Relations Manager
Location-Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- IPO Preparation & Communication:
- Work closely with senior management, legal, finance, and external advisors to manage the communication strategy and roadmap for the IPO process.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and presentations leading up to the IPO.
- Develop clear, compelling narratives to communicate the company's investment thesis, financial performance, and growth strategy.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all investor-related communication as per SEBI and other statutory regulations.
- Investor Relations Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Investor Relations program aligned with corporate goals and investor expectations.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors, analysts, and retail investors.
- Monitor and analyse investor sentiment, stock performance, and market trends; provide feedback and insights to senior management.
- Communication & Reporting:
- Prepare quarterly earnings releases, annual reports, investor presentations, and other communication materials.
- Organize and participate in earnings calls, investor conferences, and shareholder meetings.
- Ensure timely and accurate public disclosure of material information in line with regulatory requirements.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on market trends affecting the company's industry and peer companies.
- Monitor equity research coverage and provide management with insights on investor perceptions and opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, and legal teams to ensure alignment on financial communications.
- Provide IR-related support during mergers, acquisitions, or other corporate events that impact investor perception.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or CFA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or equity research, preferably with experience in IPO processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a variety of audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial statements, market dynamics, and the regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
