Support worker - supported living

Position: Support Worker Supported Living

Salary: £11.80 - £12.40 an hour

Location: Coventry, West Midlands

We are looking for support workers who can make a difference to our young people s lives! We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health difficulties, challenging behaviours and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Promoting the young person s independence and growth, developing their life skills and opportunities

Work as part of a team of support workers, providing guidance and regular feedback.

Complete support plans and other regulatory documents.

Building relationships and trust with young people

Recording the young person s activity & reporting key aspects of their care to ensure the highest standard is always achieved
