My client is an established FM contractor based in Essex who have been trading since 2002.
They are looking for a Commercial Plumber/Mechanical Engineer to work in Schools, Blue light, Residential and MOD sites.
Duties
- To undertake PPM/Repairs/Installation - Pumps - pressurization units - expansion vessels - heating system - AAV S control and safety valves - etc
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
- Location: Within M25, Home Counties
- Hours: 8am 5pm
- Holiday: 20 days plus 8 bank holidays
- Company van and fuel card
- Company uniform

- Materials and consumables supplied
- Overtime on evening and weekends
THE CANDIDATE
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating
- At least 5 years experience on the job knowledge
- UK driving licence
- Good standard of work and attention to detail
- Reliable, trustworthy, professional, self-motivated, strong communicator and the ability to work on own initiative.
