Our client, a forward-thinking organization implementing SAP S/4HANA, is seeking a Medior Product Lead to join their team. This position arises as a replacement for a departing team member and will focus on Agile-driven product leadership, particularly within the SAP ECC team, while supporting the broader SAP transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment across the team.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog using tools like Jira, ensuring that business goals are translated into actionable tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive delivery and execution of product goals, ensuring the team remains on track to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.
- Support SAP-related initiatives, leveraging your knowledge of SAP Finance modules (ECC and S/4HANA) to guide decisions and integration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product leadership roles, particularly in Agile environments.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Knowledge of SAP Finance (ECC or S/4HANA) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical and business needs.
Starting Date: ASAP (latest by 1st of January 2025)
Rate: 30-40 EUR per hour
Amount of hours a week: 32-40
Duration: 6 months with an option to extend
